Michiko is a 14 year old female with a pale skin complexion, burgundy hair that reaches her neck and blue almond shaped eyes. She wears a pink dress with elbow length sleeves, a magenta scarf and a pair of pink shoes with a pair of magenta socks. She also has a magenta bag with books and stationery inside it as well as a pink strap. Her [[Musical Bracelet]] is on her left wrist.

As Cure Note, her hair becomes orange and lengthens to her knees, being pushed back with a pink headband while her eyes retain their blue colour. Her dress is pink with a magenta ruffled collar, and she has a gold belt with a magenta carrying case where her [[Musical Gemstones|Musical Gemstone]] is placed. She also wears a pair of pink opera length gloves and a matching pair of pink knee length boots. Also, she has her Musical Bracelet on her left wrist so it looks pretty good like her normal form.

===Personality===

Michiko is an energetic and bright girl with an incredible sense of adventure. She tends to act like a dance expert due to her high spirited companionship. In some episodes of the series, she reveals that she has a sensitive stomach and legs. She is also afraid of heights, which is revealed by her in episode 7 in season 1 of the series.

The transformation begins with Michiko’s transformation [[Musical Gemstones|Musical Gemstone]] appearing in front of her eyes, allowing her to insert it onto her [[Musical Bracelet]]. She says the phrase as her clothes disappear in a pink light. Her hair then changes colour and length, which causes her headband to appear. The light then dissipates to form her dress, gloves, and even her boots. The belt forms, which causes the Musical Gemstone to be inserted into its carrying case. Cure Note lands down to introduce herself before striking her final pose.
