South Park Spectral

 I hate to break it to you, but first of all, it's the South Park Specter, not Eric Cartman the Ghost. Just because he is the Halloween Horror Nights version of Eric Cartman doesn't mean that he should be called "Eric Cartman the Ghost". Got it memorized? Also, he steals the souls of his victims by scaring them to death or killing them. I hope you read this too... Secondly, it's supposed to be who, not how. And third, the South Park Specter is immortal and it's impossible to kill what is already dead.
